Reyes & Nelson Promoted To Richmond

Jo-Jo Reyes and Brad Nelson were promoted to AAA Richmond due to a dire need for pitching in the AAA ranks on Saturday.

Reyes was scheduled to start for the M-Braves tomorrow, but will obviously miss that start. Mississippi is 11-1 in Jo-Jo’s starts and he’s 7-1 on the year. Reyes is tied for second in the league with seven wins and ranks fifth in the league with 61 strikeouts. He’s allowed two runs or less in six of his 12 starts.

Moises Hernandez has been promoted to AA Mississippi from High-A Myrtle Beach and is scheduled to start for the M-Braves tomorrow.
