Braves Fall in Game 1 of DH: L, 3-1

The Huntsville stars scored a pair of runs early and limited the Braves to just three hits in a 3-1 Game 1 win in a Southern League Doubleheader at Trustmark Park.

Corey Thurman(4-8, 2.97 ERA) was brilliant limiting the Braves to those three hits and one run through six innings of work.

Scheduled starters for Game 2 are LHP Francisely Bueno (1-5, 3.98) vs RHP Corey Thurman (3-8, 3.06 ERA) in Game 1...LHP Chris Waters (7-10, 4.41 ERA) vs LHP Steve Hammond (3-4, 2.23 ERA)
